How the plans work
What counts as an application
One grant application or standalone funding letter to one funding opportunity. It covers the first draft, any extra questions you add and refining it.
If a first draft can't be completed, the application goes back to your allowance. Editing, reading and exporting never use one, and reports are free.
Rollover and annual billing
Unused applications and searches roll over for one month, up to one month's allowance.
Annual plans cost 11 times the monthly price, so about one month is free, and the allowance is still granted monthly.

Buy extra applications and searches on your Subscription page at any time, without changing plan. They don't expire while you're subscribed.
Changing plan
An upgrade applies straight away and a downgrade applies from your next renewal. To switch between monthly and annual billing, contact support.
